Item Drop Off/Item Pick Up
Our goal is to have streamlined and efficient check in and pick up processes. We recommend that you print a copy of this page and bring it with you to the sale on drop off day for reference. Drop off appointments will be scheduled a few weeks before the sale.

Consignors will be responsible for placing their items on the sales floor. Please keep this in mind as you decide when to come and plan your time accordingly.
All items must be clean, pressed, hung and tagged. Clothing should be grouped by gender and size. Use a rubber band to group your items by size and gender to make check in a snap.
Items that require batteries should have batteries placed in them so that buyers can confirm that the item works appropriately.
Your check will be mailed to the address on record provided at the time of registration.
At check-in, you will verify your consignor number, inform us if you will be coming to pick up your items or donating them, complete your consignor agreement and receive your Consignor Presale pass.
A volunteer will check your items for seasonality and blemishes.
Once all your items have been checked, they are ready to be placed on the sales floor. Please allow enough time to put your items on the sales floor in advance of closing time. If volunteers are not busy they will be happy to help you with placing your items on the floor.
Please leave a tub if you are coming back to pick up leftover items. The tub should be labeled with your consignor number written in large print on the short end or written on a piece of paper and taped to the short end of the tub.
Please do not leave a lid.
Take any items that we were not able to accept with you.
Item Pick Up
Fall/Winter Pick Up Time is 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Saturday!
Consignors have the option of picking up their unsold items. Items not picked up will become property of Kids BLOOM and donated to a local charity. All items marked as DONATE will be donated to our charities.
At pickup, you will stop at the check in table and then proceed to the re-sort tables and find your number. Remaining items will be sorted onto tables and into the tub or box you left by consignor number. Large items may be separate. Please make sure you collect all items. We are not responsible for any items you forget to carry out. To protect all consignors, we will check items for consignor number before each consignor leaves the building.
There will be a lost and found area that we encourage you to look through before you leave.
All items remaining after the close of pick up time will be donated. Doors will be closed and locked on time and pickups will no longer be available. We appreciate your punctuality and understanding.
