Why Consign

Clear all your extra kid clutter and make extra CASH by consigning your gently used children’s items. In addition, consignors get an EXCLUSIVE presale pass to shop for the best bargains before the sale opens to the public! Below is all the information you need to get started.

How does it work?
  • Sign up and register to consign by registering online 

  • Pay your $10 non-refundable consignor registration fee

  • Price and tag all your items (see How to Tag Your Items)

    • If you are short on time, there are limited spots in our VALET consignment program where we do it all for you (limited availability)

  • Drop your items off at our sale venue

  • Payment is sent via check within 5 business days of the sale end date

What is the consignor split (traditional)?

Make 70% to 80% of your sales!  All consignors earn 70% to start! Work just one or two 4-hour shifts and the percentage increases by 5% for each; donate all your unsold items for an additional 5% of your total sales.  Consignors may earn up to 80%

What is the consignor split (valet)?

Those that participate in the valet consignment program receive 45% of their sales. Work just one or two four-hour shifts and the percentage increases by 5% for each!  Donate all your unsold items for an additional 5% of sales.  Earn up to 55% of sales!

Please note that there are a limited number of these spots available. Register now and pay your registration fee and materials fee to secure your participation!

Why should I become a Team Member?

Our Team Members not only make the sale more fun, but ensure that the event is successful. Consignors can sign up their husbands or partners to work too if that works with your schedule.  We need help with set up, resort, check out, and much more!  Make a higher percentage of your sales. Team members shop FIRST; so, you will be able to participate in the exclusive Team Member presale.

What kinds of items can I consign?

Almost anything that is related to kids! Clothes, shoes, toys, books, baby equipment, and much more. All items must be in good used condition or better (no spots, holes, etc. with working zippers, buttons, etc.). Review the consignor resources page for more information.

How do I get paid?

You will be paid via check. Payments will be sent within 5 business days of the completion of the sale.



How do I get started?

Sign up and register online.   





Pay your $10 consignor fee (non-refundable); valet consignors pay additional $10 material fee in person at drop off.  Read the information on the consignor resources page, gather your supplies and tag away!  Items must be tagged according to the directions on the Consignor Resources page to be accepted.

How do I tag my stuff?

Log into the system and enter your information into the electronic tagging system.   Print your tags on WHITE cardstock and attach them to your items according to the directions on the Consignor Resources page (more details coming soon).  Log into the system here:  

Do I have to discount or donate my items?

Traditional consignors can mark on each item whether or not they want to participate in the half-price sale or to have it donated if it does not sell. If you plan to donate, we recommend that you mark the item for the 50% off sale to increase your chances of the item being sold.

Valet consignors will have all items marked to participate in the 50% discount as well as be donated (unless special arrangements are made and communicated to Kids BLOOM for specific items).

How do I drop off my stuff?

Please make sure that your clothing is separated by size and gender at drop off so that you are able to easily place your items on the sales floor. 

When do I pick up my items (if not donating)?

The pick-up date for this sale is SUNDAY from 12:30 to 2:30 BY APPOINTMENT.  Donation begins promptly at 2:30 pm. 

Where do my donated items go?

All Items are donated to local charitable organizations.   We pledge not to retain any items you select to donate or fail to pick up.   All items that are not picked up become property of Kids BLOOM and are donated directly to charity on YOUR behalf.   We are excited to announce the beneficiaries of these items via our Facebook page.   Consider donating your unsold items so that we can work together to improve our community!
